Any item marked down 50% or more is considered Final Sale. We do not except returns of beauty items, swimwear and intimates apparel. Certain promotional discounts are Final Sale as well, as outlined in the promotion details.

All items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return. Shoes will be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged designer shoebox. Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted.

Items returned without an Return Authorization (RA) number and without the completed Merchandise Return Form cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 7/14 day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.
How To Complete Your Return

1. Within 7 days of your order delivery, please sign in to your La Garconne account, and enter your six digit Order number ID and the corresponding order Email in the Request a Return section. Follow the steps to request an RA number for each item you wish to return. Your RA number(s) will be issued and emailed to you separately within 1 business day.
2. Items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of your RA issue date. For U.S. returns, please download the pre-paid FedEx return label. Pre-paid international FedEx return labels are not available for returns outside the U.S.
3. If you choose to use another courier, please make sure to use a courier service with tracking capability. Ship your return to the following address:

4. Fill in the corresponding RA number next to the item being returned, on the Merchandise Return Form. Enclose this form with your return and also write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package.
5. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund approximately within 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.
We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items.
