AODRESS was founded in 2009 by Mitsunori Ishimatsu and Miho Kuroda drawing inspiration from their travels and the impressions left on them by the people, things, and ideas they encountered. When traveling to India they produced a line that combined tradition and their own sensibilities, emphasizing the lost art of hand-craftsmanship and quality in all their pieces.
