Navy wrapover pleated skirt in an organza check plaid with adjustable grosgrain belts at the front. Slight A-line fit. Three concealed elastic bands for a drop-waist effect. Silver-toned hardware throughout. Tuliped front creates a front slit. Comes with slip shorts. Color: Navy. 52% Polyester, 48% Cotton; Lining: 100% Cupro. Made in Japan.
