Fort Makers
Founded in 2008 in Brooklyn, Fort Makers is a multidisciplinary collective of four artists who seek to bridge the gap between high-minded design and functionality. The result is a collection of home objects and accessories in organic shapes which, to paraphrase the collective, immerse the owner in a visual world of useable art. This season, La Garçonne presents a range of Carrara-marble sculptures by collective member Noah Spencer, based on his vision of a future outdoor sculpture park.
